Host a Fundraiser 

Life Under the Wheel was founded on the principle that our mission and programs would be: "By the community, for the community"

We hope that you feel the same way too! At Life Under the Wheel, we truly believe that the music festival community is just a large family that strategically celebrates together all across the country. If you'd like to help us transform our vision into a reality, please consider hosting a fundraiser to support our festival grant operations. Fundraising for Life Under the Wheel can come in many forms, and we'd love to discuss all of your ideas with you. However, the quickest way for you to get involved in fundraising today is by creating your own online fundraising campaign page. Interested? Keep reading!

Here is a little outline of what the fundraising process looks like: 

  1. Click Host a Fundraiser below. This will take you to our Festival Grant Operations Fund campaign page.
  2. Click the "Fundraise" button on the top or bottom of the page
  3. You will be taken to a page called "Create your fundraising page". Here you can either create an account, sign in to your existing account, or continue creating a fundraiser without an account. 
  4. If you choose to create an account:
    1. click "sign in" and on the next page select "sign up for free"
    2. You will then be prompted to enter you first name, last name and email address. 
    3. Once you submit your information you will receive an email asking you to set your account password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain numbers, upper/lowercase letters, and special characters (*,$,!,@, etc.). Your password must be "strong" on the meter before you can continue.
    4. Once you have created your account go back to our campaign page and click "Fundraise" 
    5. You will be prompted to give your fundraiser a name, a goal, a photo, and an short blurb explaining why you feel passionately about our organization. 
    6. Upon completion of this form please hit "Create Your" and you will receive an email from us with your unique URL that you can share with everyone you know! 
  5. If you already have an account with Donately:
    1. Please click sign in and access your account.
    2. Once you are signed in please go back to our campaign page and click "fundraise" 
    3. Complete the form and submit your information by click "Create Your"
    4. You will then receive an email from us with your unique URL that you can share with everyone you know! 
  6. If you choose not to set up an account you can simply fill in the form and click "Create Your". You will then receive an email from us with your unique URL that you can share with everyone you know!
